Do you see the Dragon and the Eagle, :glasses-nerdy:
This is some Mesquite Burl (Big knot where The Mistletoe Grows) that was headed to the dump, but then my buddy remembered that I had told him I was looking for some mesquite so he gave me a call to come pick it up. The kit is a black ti sierra. It has 8 coats of thin CA that was wet sanded to 1500 then MM to step 5 then plastiX polished.

Any comments welcome, Thanks for looking.

Max, I see the Eagle , but I'm missing the Dragon, Probably because I'm nearly blind from sweat. Regardless it is a beautiful piece of Mesquite done up very nicely

wow, nice work! Isn't it weird how we all see the eagle and not the dragon, can you you draw it out on the pen to make it easier for us to see!!!:devil::biggrin:

The dragon was pointed out to me as being on the left side of the eagle.
The light section is shaped like a dragon and the bird is flames from the dragon. I guess it is in the eye of the beholder:beat-up: LOL
Thanks for the great Comments,

I see a bird that looks like an eagle. Very cool piece of wood. What I see most is a beautiful pen, great kit and wood selection and awesome finish.
Great job
