Me Time

A long and draining week of sitting by my Father's hospital bedside was topped off by a visit to the emergency room last night with my daughter who was in extreme pain from what turned out to be a kidney stone. While at work today I realized that I was spent and needed to de-stress in a big way. So I left work early and headed to the shop to finish a couple of pens and to start some others that I plan to hand out to the nurses, therapists and Drs who are caring for my Dad. The first pen is from a tube that an acquaintance painted which I then casted in pr and turned. I also turned a Captain America stamp that I had casted as well. Here are the results from some much needed me time.

Cody, While this schedule is draining, you are doing the right thing being with your dad. I hope your daughter gets rid of that stone so you can cast it!
