Second inlay pen and one more at least to go. This one was a little difficult to assemble and blew up while turning but I was able to glue back with little problems. It was well worth the effort though and my friend loves it.

They are beautiful kits, I've done a couple, the hard part for me was getting the G in, Constant does great work, and you did a nice job on the turning and finish.

I have done several of those with no problems. Use a sharp skew and you should not have any blow out problems. For those hard to insert parts, use can use a little soapy water to lube the parts and that may help.

Wonderful job on this one! I'd love to know how you got the emblem on there. I've been creating Masonic pens for our lodge but have only got the Mason & Shriner clip inserts.
I have been asked to create a nice pen for Hiram and this would really be the one for him.

The attached photos are the pens made from the dining area tile floor and an old Maple tree that was felled back in 2007.
