I've been spending time building pens with the roller fountain conversion nib,
I feel it will be a great bridge between roller and fountain for the undecided.
Much to my surprise this morning while doing a Marksman Eagle I decided to do one with the roller nib. It's no secret that I really like the Marksman Kits but now I have even more reason. When I began to chase the threads in the section I found that the tap walked right thru, instead of breaking my heart trying to rethread a stainless section I just screwed the roller section in.
I rechecked the threads with the regular nib section and it also screwed right in.
So you got it! All of my stainless kits ( the Desire will do the same thing) are now going to be conversion pens, I will the include opposite nib in the case, for the
Couple of bucks a piece I see one more objection handled when closing the deal.
