Marbled Maple and Walnut Slimlines

Finally had some time to do a little turning the last few days. First one is Marbled Maple that I bought off of ebay. Tough stuff to work with. Had to fill a few spots on the pen. The second one is Walnut with a fibre washer center band. I tried this one after being inspired by some of the pens I have seen on this website. Turned out pretty good for a first attempt. Would try this one again, not so sure of the Maple.
