Recently a neighbor stopped by and handed me a 1 1/2"x6"x24" slab of rough cut Maple, I asked him how much and he said just make me a pen.
Here is what I turned for him. The kit is from Bear Tooth and upgraded with a Private Reserve refill. Sanded to 600, 8 coats of BLO/CA and finished with Autosol.
