Manu Propria Pens - Water Buffalo Horn

Last week I made a new very fat eye-dropper fountain pen from water buffalo horn. The section is made from ebonite, lacquered with "shôen-urushi" urushi lacquer mixed with pine carbon. Shôen-urushi will stay deep black forever, while "roiro-urushi" will turn into a brownish color with the years. The nib a No. 8 JOWO 18 kt.
