Manu Propria Pens - Tame-Oshidashi-Nuri

A Pair of "Shibui Slim" pens with a urushi lacquer called Tame-Oshidashi-Nuri. Scroll-like pattern are applied in different dry lacquer color powders and metal powders. a few layers of transparent urushi are applied, then ground and polished. Finally several thin coats of transparent urushi (tame) are applieed again ground and mirror polished. Urushi will become more transparent with the years and the colored pattern will appear a little bit more colorful every day
