Another Duofold-type pen--I have one more of these to make and then it'll be time to move on. Thanks to all who commented so positively about them.

Length without cap 135 mm (5 1/4")
Length posted 172 mm (6 3/4")

Cap diameter 16.5 mm
Barrel diameter 14.5 mm
Section diameter 12.8 mm

Weight 27 gm with converter

#6 Meisternib polished steel
Rhodium clip and sterling silver band

Cartridge/converter filling

Below: Finials are accented with inlaid pickguard

Below: Mandarin yellow acrylic inlays in the ends of the finials

Below: Sterling silver ring epoxied above threads against shoulder. This section is not as deeply pinched as other Duofold types I've made--looks better to me.

 Fantastic pen and photos. The sharp photos realy give the readers an idea of the craftsmanship that goes into making a fine writeing instrument. Thanks for sharing and giving us a goal to shoot for in penmaking. Jim S

Fabulous looking pen as usual Robert. My favorite is still the cappuchino curls. They all are pen art but that one just stands out to me.

Absolutely beautiful with your usual degree of attention to to even smallest detail!! The finial insets really stand out with this one due to the sharp contrast in colors. Thanks for showing! Regards, Doc:)

What Doc and Chuck said about the contrast in colors, the Mandarin yellow Duofold is one of my favorites your version is makes me want either yours or an original.....no make that yours.

Without looking at the posting penmaker I knew that you cut this pen, These are beyond
definition, I am jealous and inspired at the same time. The level of craftsmanship and
consistent detail is amazing. Call it what you want but in my world that's Robert's Pen
Love the color choice,Beautiful Beautiful Beautiful

Robert,
Gorgeous pen. You seem to be always a step ahead of me, as I was just starting a Mandarin yellow duo fold with silver furniture! Super job. Love the pen.
