I thought this Majestic Jr deserved some better photos. I've been trying to add a little more variety in my photos - different perspectives including close ups.

I also touched up the Hammered Black paint on my Jet 1221VS. For those of you that have a Jet lathe - you're not stuck with a white lathe that's not white after a little use. This paint mimics the paint on a Robust lathe which I fell in love with.

Superb job on the Majestic Steve!! And the photos too....I like not having the black background as I can see the pen more clearly.

You just increased the value of your Jet with that paint job! I like it!
...and your lathe stand isn't too shabby either!

Your links to the photos don't work for me using Tapatalk. Some posted links from other members do and others don't. I'll have to wait until I go on the desktop to have a look [emoji106]

Hi Steve...Could you tell us a bit more about the paint job on the Jet....what kind of paint and how it was applied. My lathe needs a new appearance. Super job on the photos. Darrell
