I have just started playing with this idea, it is obviously too long for a shirt pocket but maybe in an inside suit pocket or better yet as a desk pen. The pen is long enough for a spare FP ink cartridge as well.

Another beautiful pen Steve. Looks like tube is showing through some...I usually paint the tubes when working with acrylics. This however, being a gold color looks super!

Very interesting. The color and pattern remind me of souse or "head cheese" sold in meat markets down around here in the south. Don't take that the wrong way, it's a cool pen![8D]

I have done this as well, but I used an ElGrande, because the centerband is a little larger which, I believe, complements the pen's length.

Just a suggestion-BTW, my customer LOVED it and it did allow the second "spare" refill.
