These are some pens I turned last month, I haven't been up to doing any pens the past few weeks, but these are the first of the Long Click pens I've done, I was pretty uneasy of any click pen, but these seem to be substantial. The kits are from Aaron "makaiolani" from LauLau woods, great service and nice kits.
First is a Desert Ironwood Long Click in Gold TI Next is another Long click in Black TI and Afzelia Burl, Next is one done in Amboyna Burl and Gold TI, also an Anelli gun metal twist pen from Woodnwhimsies dressed in curly Koa

Ken, they all are nice, but the desert ironwood
really stands out!
Glad you give an initial thumbs-up to these kits, I have
one of each plating to try,and approach clicks like you said.:)

Good work. I've done several dozen of these kits with no issues, I think it is possibly the ONLY "clicker" worth a crap on the market.

I haven't tried any of the Sierra clicks yet, but these things just feel solid, I'd hate to drill them on a drill press though! I going to get some more when I feel like turning again.
