Starting to like this pen and it feels like a good solid mechanism. ti gold and maple. Certainly shows off the grain patterns in a nice piece of wood.

I've made a few of them, and I like the kit. But I get some wobble (turning between centers with johnny's bushings) due to the length of the blank and have had OOR issues. Probably just bad technique, but I haven't been able to get it straightened out. People always say "that's a huge pen," but then line it up against a Sierra and it's almost exactly the same length from end to end.
