I'm doing a 4 pen series of label casted historic images associated with Custer's Last Stand. I started with Custer himself. I used a Civil War kit so this is similar to my Civil War pens.
I also thought that I would share some wikipedia excerpts for each pen. Please ignore the history lesson if you are not into that stuff.
George Armstrong Custer (December 5, 1839 – June 25, 1876) was a United States Army officer and Cavalry commander in the Civil War and the American Indian Wars. Custer was admitted to West Point in 1858, where he graduated last in his class. With the outbreak of the Civil War, Custer was called to serve with the Union Army. After the Civil War, Custer was dispatched to the west to fight in the American Indian Wars where he and all his men were killed at the Battle of Little Big Horn in 1876 fighting against a coalition of Native American tribes.
