So, lets just say to go along with this new Jr. Statesman I am making this week that I would like to try some of these custom inks. I aam looking at this Noodlers ink that peeks my intrest. So I assume that I need the ink pump. Do I just buy the one that CSUSA sells? Just how do I use this new ink pump? Tips, hints and photos would be nice.

Buy the more expensive Schmidt converter.

It is worth the extra charge over the standard converters.

You use it by sticking the open tip in the ink and turning the other end to fill the converter with ink. Then put in in the pen just like you would an ink cartridge. BTW, Noodlers is great ink.

Have fun!

Woops, wrong forum! Thanks for the info, I ordered that pump and will order up some Noodlers in a bit. One more question, does this ink dry as fast as the standard refills that come with the pens? I do need a rather fast drying pen ink like what comes with the FP's originaly.

PS, if a Mod can more this the right forum, I would appreciate it!
