LeRoy's Drumstick

This is the third style of pen I've made with a drumstick, obviously a Vic Firth stick in this case. The kit is a Le Roi Elegant LB from smittyspenworks.com

There are a few tweaks I would like to make, but those are for the next one.

I looked at this earlier, and it is really cool....then it occured to me, could you use the end you beat the drum with for the top? Just my .02

You could use the tip. Personally, I don't care for that look, though. I cut the tips to about 1-1/2" and use them for key rings.

What kind of chicken was it, or did you use a turkey drum stick.:biggrin:
