Leftovers

I have been doing a number of castings over the past few days and always had a small amount of clear resin leftover so I started randomly mixing in some colored powder and pouring the leftover resin in a pen blank mold. I ended up some layered blanks. I decided to do a modified slimline to see what it would look like. I think these blanks would look good on something that has a lot of contours like a seam ripper or razor handle.

At its thinnest points, the wall thicknesses would approximate that of a typical slimline.

Reminds me of a Popsicle! Very nice; I also like leftovers. In the shop, or in the kitchen.

That turned out very nice. I'ved used leftovers in vertical molds and it doesn't look so good, using it in a block mold gives a much better effect.
