A LE ROI ELEGANT dressed in ?????

There was a first on this pen. It's the first pen out of my shop using just a gouge. A member here sent it to me it did a really nice job. The kit is a black and chrome LE ROI ELEGANT. I not sure what the blank is other then a type of burl. I blank was sent to me by another member it had COB or something like that on the end. I sanded the blank to 12000 mm and finished with my WTF method. All C & C are welcome

Thanks Jim for the nice comment. Wayne, :biggrin: a little light oil and mm works great. Evelyn might have cleaned it if I had asked but I wouldn't ask I like doing those things myself.

OK... I thought I was doing good to use JUST a SKEW... now I have to try using JUST a GOUGE?? you guys are testing me! LOL. Not sure I am that good with a gouge yet. I have to try to sharpen one, since I got my new grinder & Wolverine set up.

I've found out the wood is California Olive Burl. Mitch, thanks for your comment. There will be more test to come but I know you'll pass them and you can look at other people's work.
