Don't you just love the antler when its done?
On the CB what is the dark "space" between the 2 beads?
Another thing I have done onthe CB when using antler is to drill cross grain,gives an interesting effect.Appearance is more unpredictable that wood.

On the CB what is the dark "space" between the 2 beads?

Beleive it or not the dark line in the center is a burned in line . I burned it using a guitar string . The results are very nice , a light brown instead of a dark brown and very smooth .
Oh , by the way , the CB was made from the left over "Points" that were too small for pen making .
