Latest Amalgam-Mutts! Black Pearl and Stripes

Here are a couple of pens I recently turned.

This is a Black Pearl Amalgam-Mutt dressed in a Vial Chrome Rollerball Pen Kit from Ernie at Beartoooth Woods, with a CA finish. This is an awesome kit to work with and leaves plenty of the blank to admire.

The next one is an Amalgam-Mutt Stripes blank. This one is made from Canarywood and has 8 sky blue stripes. Dressed in a Jr. Statesman Tit. Gold kit with a CA finish.

Thanks for the compliment, no coloring the tube on these two since the dyes are thick enough.

The stripes are dyed swirly Alumilite.

Yep, CA finish and Yes, I am alergic to CA. I use a full face respirator and two fans...it helps some but does not eliminate all the effects.
