I made this patriot pen with stars & wavy stripes. After reading several reviews on the blanks, I decided to take extra precautions. However, when I took my carbide tool to it, the end of the blank chipped out below the bushing. That's when I remembered the beauty of the clip :wink:. So I hid the chipped part under the clip and no body (not even my dad) has noticed it. I found out that using sharp tools chip up these acrylic blanks more than when using duller ones (at least in this case). Thanks for looking!
