Last pens for 2008

Well folks, here are my last few for this year..the LOML had to work this evening so I turned on the "Honeymooners" marathon in the shop and made a couple of pens..
Elegant Sierria with bloodwood. metal and black veneer segmentation..ca/blo finish

Masur Birtch Elegant Sierria ca/blo finish

Lovely pens Splinter. Nice segmenting on the bloodwood and they both have a great sheen.

Those are really beautiful. I, too, like the bloodwood - what material did you use for the segmentation?
