I haven't turned anything in quite a while. I got a little shop time this weekend. I started this one yesterday and hoped to finish it today but it's just not going to happen. The blanks are polyresin and a bit brittle. First I broke the thread section of the barrel. No problem, I left some extra length so I was able to part the threads off and make new threads. I then snapped the threaded portion of the section when I was trying to shape it. I might have to make a section out of white alumilite.
