The Shape of a pen I make now a days depends on the clip I have at hand. I now have some ring clips and all the large ring clips are finished. With a smaller ring clip the design is restricted to narrow end pens , following belongs to the narrow and taper end.

The blank started to look very pretty once the Polish was completed. I finished with grit 500 wet sanding , later hand polish by micromesh upto 12000 grit and finally novus 3,2, and1. Since my pens are only.for my own collection there is no hurry. Polish including it took about twelve hours to make it start to finish.

Gold color nib and clip. Jowo 6 nib unit and Schmidt K5 converter. Length is about 146 mm.

Hope you like the pen. Your comments are welcome.

Another beauty! That's the same Woodshed blank I mentioned using in your other thread. I back painted the blank white and it washed the colors out a bit, your's looks much nicer.
