I made this kitless pen a while back and got around to adding a metal clay roll stopper today. Does anyone recognize the figure? I made a mistake but went ahead and used it since it looks ok as an abstract design.

I didn't really notice until you mentioned it. Did it break off? That metal clay looks like fun stuff to play around with.

With metal clay you shape the clay, dry it, sand out rough spots, fire and then polish. I broke off the foot when sanding after drying and before firing.

Looks great. I've been wondering where you have been lately. You haven't posted a kitless pen in a while, unless I missed it. I was hoping you didn't quit making them.

Love the metal clay.

The Roll Stops, set off the Pen Beautifully, Cody.
You learn something new every day, but today I have learnt two things,
Firstly, I have never Heard of a Kokopelli, before, and Secondly, I have now Got to find out about Metal Clay.
Thanks for the Posting and the "Home Work",
Kindest regards,
Brian.

Peeked at this earlier.

Very nice Cody. I suspect it is a self-cast? If so, well done.

Maybe a work in progress, or a process in work! But I love the result and the possibilities for future work.
