Greetings
I purchased a piston and piston barrel from Richard Greenwald, check out photos and my description in the Fountain Pen section.

I used a blue and gold alumilite blank form Cody Elliott (WCE274). It was my first alumilite and I like how it machines and feels in the hand. There is a softness and warmth I don't get from acrylic. The blind cap on the end unscrews to access the knurled piston knob.

I am happy with the brass handmade clip. i made a fixture from dense poly foam used in outdoor trim applications to form the hook and help hold it for sanding to shape.

Thanks for looking.

Nice pen .... thanks for this and your other thread with the blow-by-blow.

Could you also post a pic of your poly foam fixture, please ?
