I got out in the shop today and turned a couple pens. The first is a Sierra from AS in black ti. and platinum, the first I have turned, and the blank is a home brew by Jeremy(armyturned). The pic does not show the sparkle in this blank.

The next is an El Grande also from AS in Ti gold and the blank is brown dyed maple burl from Choice Woods.

Tom, they both look really good. Thought I would let you know that the loofah didn't turn out well....too many bubbles. I will try it again once I get back to CO and get a pressure pot.

Thanks for all the kind words and I forgot to say that the dyed maple burl is also stabilized.
