Thanks to my friend Clapiana, I was able to order and make these within a week!

Statesman Rhod/Gold, and Jr Gent Black Titanium. I had a 3rd, but that shattered when the mandrel broke (Yeah, I couldn't believe it either!)

Anyway, here they are! My first casted snake-skins in white cobra! Tell me what you think! Normal polish finish!

Turn the head into cap. Pictures are kind of hard to see. From I can tell they look nice.

How could I turn the head into the cap? Because I was going to turn the belly skin on a JR States, and was just going to cast the head for a pen stand, but how could I turn it into a cap? Can you show me an example?

Nice looking from what I can see, are cobra a fairly thin skin like most snakes or are they thick like python?

Extremely thin, but very good quality, I had no issues with it and it was my first ever. But seriously, is there a way to cast the head into a cap

A cobra head cast into the cap wow that would catch some comments.....did you ever try it? Can't say I have tried but i would think you could gut out the head being gentle and then wrap it around the tube with the eyes pointing up... if they pop out glue them back . Regarding pen kits maybe an el grande which has a lg cap tube or maybe an el grande streamline which has 2 separate tubes for the cap which might take a little bit of thinking outside of the box to get rigged up but maybe give you more area to cast? Let us know if you venture up this path with some pics of course
