Here are a few pics of my first try at turning pens. I am hooked for sure. Segmenting pens look to be my favorite. Will have to try those out too.

you are kidding, don't you? the first try? wow!! I can't imagine your skills after one year of pen turning!!!

Thanks, these are my actual first pens. Have always been in love with woodworking, starting in High School shop classes and always thought pens woould be fun. Getting a benchtop Delta lathe from my Dad recently was the final straw. Just had to try them and am now hooked for sure.
