sold 2 pens last week to one person and upon receiving them she called to thank me and rave about how good they looked and that she was already planning to buy another one. gave her pricing on the new one (more than the first 2 combined) we chatted and hung up. she called back 15 minutes later and placed her order. here is the result of that call.
