Junior Emperor

I got this Black Ash Burl blank from Arizona Silhouette some time back and really like the color and figure in it. I paired it with a Jr Emperor that had been sitting is a drawer for a while waiting for the right opportunity.

I usually tend toward lower gloss on my pen finsh. The picture doesn't show it, but this one actually has a pretty glossy (CA) finish.

Your thoughts appreciated.
