Alice I don't know if they are the same size. I don't have a kit of each to compare at this time. I know the directions for a Gent II call for drill bit sizes of 12.5mm and 27/64 and the Baron uses 15/32 and 25/64. Not sure of the length though both call for a 5" blank. Sorry I can't be any more help.

Unfortunately, no. The Version 1's were the same size but for some strange reason CS USA increased the diameter of both tubes when they came out with the Version 2's.

well done jim15 camphor burl comes up nice we have a wood called campher laurel it gives you a bad head ache when turning for a long time. wounder if it is the same timber. nice pen mate'
