Jr Gent fountain pen in three color pearl swirl

This is a newer one for me from Timber Bits. It is in Trivalent chrome which is like a gunmetal. It is done in my three color pearl swirl with the colors of blue,green and red. Polished with Novus heavy and light.

Super match up. I like the blank for the colors and the whispieness of the swirls. It's intersting that the green doesn't show that much, must be the smaller color amount of the three. Good job.

Thanks butcher If you look at the second to last picture, look at the cap and you will see the blue. It is dark/vivid. The green is a more sutler or subdued green throughout .

Those colors look awesome. Is that the blank it's resting on in the 1st picture. Did you paint the tube ? Oh and the pen looks good too.

Yes that is one of the blanks. The inside of the pen blank has been painted with black Krylon fusion paint for plastics. The colors are quite transparent so the black really makes them come alive.

You are correct it is a Barron 2. The same as a Gent but this one has a faceted nib end.
