got to sneak into the shop today to turn what i thought was going to be a quick pen. I got out one of the Jr Gents I got from the resonater and low and behold... NO bushings. Darn... oh well, no problem I'll just make them. search the shop... smallest steel rod I have right now is 1.25"... yea it was a bit big to start with. but its what i have..... ok. machine the bushing... twice (look close when you read the chart 
) make the pen 2 hours, fight to get the pen BACK away from the Wife 2 hours...... even with all that, making pens is still just about the most fun a person can stand.
