JR Gent dress in Amboyna Burl

Hello Everyone
This is my first JR Gent (Yes it is a JR Gent) I ordered it from Timberbits a while back. The blank is Amboyna burl that George (anbidex) sent me, Thanks George. I like the way Amboyna turns and finishes even though I did have a chip out at which is now the end cap end. I was able to fill it in with CA and shavings. I sanded the blank from 150 grit to 12000 MM and then used my WTF finish. I really like the JR Gent and I'm planning on ordering a JR Gent fountain pen as well. As always any and all comments are welcome.

That is a pen. My favorite style and you have done a superb turning.
That blank makes the pen.

And you were worried about sitting down. Just make sure nobody kicks the stool out from under ya.

Dan, I think a lighter background in your photos will show the pens up sharper. I changed the background on this one.

Your right about that Bod. I was looking at one if the first slimlines I turned and it does not look good at all.
Harry I used a white background on the photos, what color would you say would be best.

Yes.. I guess they may look like they are light blue, that could be from the flash. I may need to bounce it more.
