Default A JohnU Blank

So one of the benefits of the MPG is the people you meet and the friendships. During the last MPG I was fortunate enough to talk with John quite a lot and got a preview of a new blank he was considering. A few weeks back he gave me one. The spider web pattern is cool. Have not seen this material yet.

Comments are welcome - and not on my ability to take a picture.

And you can try and guess the embedded material used for the webbing effect.

I'd guess... Chinese finger trap?

Stunning pen! The hex hardware plays off the geometric pattern well.

Looks very much like a hair net, or at the least... lace material.

More like enough for a few thousand! Lol.

Looks great Mark! Glad it didn’t give you any problems. If you turned down the blue and red ones, I’d really like to see them also... If you haven’t sold them already. Lol
Looks like I’m going to have to make me some now.
