I just finished this pen, its a JD blank I got from Timberbits a while back, on a Rodium Jr Gent. Finished with CA and Glen20.

I posted a question a while back asking about the wooden wedges in the blank, the answer was, they are hammered into the knotholes to stop them leaking.

Fantastic!!! That is very interesting, sounds like segemnting Old School Style. I have 13 of these outside, I'm gonna go look for this.

This is my first Jack Daniels pen, and seems like its a one of a kind.
It could be another one that makes its way into my collection.

Nice pen, good story, but I am a Scotch guy.
Thats OK, I heard the Whisky Distilleries in Scotland source second hand Bourbon barrels to age their Scotch in.
Gotta give it some flavour somehow :wink::biggrin:.
