I originally made this pen with Casin. It developed a crack, now it has a new look. This is a brown Buckeye Burl from Constant. It is stabilized as well. The kit is a Imperial, and the finish is CA glue. Comments are welcome, and thanks for looking. Russell

Wow, brown buckeye burl. Can't say I've ever seen this color before. Very interesting. I like it. I would really like to get a closer look at it : )

Martin the reason that you have not seen this brown color before is that is was a experiment by Constant. He has been busy and I asked if I could try out the blank and see what it looked like. The grain is hard to capture in the photo, but I tried my best. Thanks for the comments.
