I really enjoyed this project. It was very nice to turn. The colors really pop. Skew'd to final shape. Sand 400-600-0000. Applied 4 coats of thin CA/ 8 medium/ 3 thin. Sanded 400, wet MM up to 12k and finished off with Hut & Ren.

NOTE::: Since the picture was taken, I aligned the "flat-sides" up on the cap. Sorry haven't retaken the pic yet.

That's the kind of blank that makes me wanna get my own turning rig set up NOW instead of waiting until I can afford my own equipment..... Great job getting the pen to live up to the quality of the material!

Thanks Eugene! You make outstanding blanks and the colors are rich and very deep. I recommend your material to everyone that asks! Can't wait to get the "Monet's" in this week.
