Back in September, I constructed a pair of indian blanket blanks using Maple and Mahogony. They turned out quite well, and it has only been recently (this past weekend) that I actually got to turn them.

Thanks Joe. They're not that difficult, If you can measure and cut straight, you won't have any trouble. I would recommend making several blanks in one sitting, it's an awful lot of effort if you just plan to make one pen.

Indian Blanket

Hi Vince very nice, and Jeff tks for the lesson on the indian blanket I was reading it yesterday. I am going to make one and I will post the results.
