Nice looking!

My first thought also. Workmanship is great. Fine job on inlays, fit and finish. But, it looks, to me, like the wrong parts were assembled and there may be another pen with colors of wood reversed. I'm not a fan of mixed media. BTW, what kind of wood is "Imbuyna"? I'm not familiar with it.

I think it looks great. The fit on your segmentation is jam-up & jelly tight!! [;)]
I'm just guessing that if you rotated that pen 90-degrees, we'd see the grain carried thru into the upper segment that's out of view and the pen would be more striking than it is. Keep up the good work.
