Carl, you have me completely Bamboozled.
What I can see looks Great.
The problem is, I can't see very much.
The parts I can see of the Blank, look very mystical,
The Colour and Chatoyance, is such that I am flat out seeing it.
It is like the Phantom it blends into the background and it reflects upon itself.
It looks like you have a Great pen, if only Joe Public can see it.
I will now take my medication and go to bed.
Brian.

Glad go get some feedback.

This is one of Michael Shue's amazing Opal Fx blanks. He makes them in several different colors. These are very difficult to photograph. Just a slight orientation difference makes a drastic color change.

When some people see them in person, they say "looks like funky aluminum tin foil". I tell them this one is from the Apollo Lunar Lander!

That's not a Venus, it's a Triton. I think I got it from exotic blanks.

Mike made the blanks long. And I did not have the heart to cut it. So the lower tube more then one inch longer than it the kit. To make the whole thing work I had to add an internal spacer for the refill.

For some reason the bling looked like the crystals on the Venus kit. Nice kit though!
