Here is a Gent Jr I recently made from some Corian samples. I'm really beginning to like this stuff. I took 2 samples pieces, super glued them together, cut the block in half to make the blanks. (No easy job since I still have'nt broken down and bought a bandsaw. All my Corian pieces have been cut with the ol' hand miter box). Anyway, I hope you like it. Thanks for taking a look.

WOW Ken, that must have taken forever to cut by hand! Nice job with it - makes for an unusual looking Baron. I've made two Corian slimlines, and was very pleased with how easy the material was to work with.

Cutting the corian by hand isn't too bad - but it sure does give the old arm a workout! And, I have a big enough chunk left from the block to make myself a matching keyring. But I must admit, I'm not looking forward to cutting the rest of the 20+lb box of samples by hand!
