I know, I know. I said I was going on a "slimline binge" to get more lower priced pens for the show, but then I saw this blank just sitting there and, well, the rest is history:laugh:

I like it! Well done.

Don't you hate that...you finish up and are about to go in so you can go to bed before midnight. Then you see that blank across the garage, and say, hmmm....next thing you know you go inside and see it's 1:45 a.m. and you gotta be at work at 5:00. :rolleyes:

Chris & Dan, thanks for the kind words. And yes, what you both say is true. I've had wood in my shop for years, then one day I walk in, and I can hear it "telling" me what I should be making from it (natures-woods.com is for my other wood turning). It seems that pen blanks are no different :)

Thanks, Mike and Wayne. Wayne, the kit is the Sicilian from Classic Nib. It's very similar to the Marksman kit.
