Those look awesome! I see these up for grabs on exotics from time to time, but always figured they would look odd, but these ROCK. Is it hard to sand and polish the inside of the twist? I imagine the high points would pose a problem...?

Did you do those on a pen wizard? If so, what bit do you use. I don't like the bit you get thru Beall for the rope twist pattern.

Your pens look fabulous!

You can hand sand if you wish, but that will take some time and elbow grease. A sanding mop makes quick work of the sanding process.

You will also need to turn the ends to the appropriate diameter prior to sanding.
