I had fun in the shop this morning finishng up this cigar pen.I had this neat piece of dyed Buckeye burl that I thought would look nice on the hybrid cigar kit.

I really like to look at all the interesting figure in this wood.

Steve: Fantastic loking pen !! Great finish, fit, and choise of hardware. However, most of your detail is getting lost becaue of the busy bachground and shadows in front of the pen. Plain white background and front lighting will add a lot to your photos so the pen is the only thing that draws someone's eyes to the shot. Just my suggestion. Jim S

Yes,it was stabilzed too.I had to do some filling of some holes in it.

Thanks guys for all the nice comments.I know I need to learn how to take better pictures & loose the kitchen table runner.

I'd like to make a light tent out of the pvc piping that you showed us a picture of this week in another thread.I like how it can be taken apart and stored flat,since we have so little room here.Thanks for showing us that.
