I really enjoyed doing some inlay kits recently. I usually do not do these but they were on sale at Exotic Blanks a few weeks ago and I am a sucker for a sale so I bought this kit along with some others. I like the two-tube version of this inlay kit better than the single Sierra tube version. The stars are bigger and I think the stripes fit better. The dye on this wood seems to be darker in this one too. I really like the dark blue in the star field.

Thanks for looking.

Beautiful pen AND photos Ron!! The Stars and Stripes on a Jr II has always been one of my favourite pens, and seeing your pen just confirms that!! Just gorgeous!

Here's a bit of trivia.... That last Memorial Day was the 12th anniversary of Ken Nelson (Kallenshaan Woods) debuting the first laser cut Stars and Stripes pen.

Any guesses as to the number of stars he's cut out since? (BTW, I have no idea...other than .........A LOT!)
