This is a new concept I'm working on. I love hot rods and am lucky enough to sell my pens though a custom hot rid shop owned by San Antonio Spurs player Tim Duncan. The shock absorber pens are a hit but I wanted to take it to the next level so I came up with this presentation. The body is held on my rare earth magnets. Tried to hinge the body but couldn't figure out how with keeping the body straight. This is the first one so I am still tweaking it. C&C always welcome.

Love the concept! When taking the car body off...do the magnets hold super strong? I'm just curious if when taking off the body can you dislodge the pen from it's stand and have it rolling around while a customer is trying to get it opened.

Jonathan, the magnets hold pretty good. To where you can pick the car up by the body and not worry about it coming apart, but not too much effort to pull it apart. The pen stays pretty good. I cut up a plastic pen boat and glue the bottom down in between the back wheels.
