The first is part of a 16 pen order for individualized pens. This one is going to a referee in hockey. The base is a streamline with the black and white stripes. I found another pen with the clip and top barrel that fit a 7mm tube inside it perfectly and stripped it from the pen. The original had a hockey puck on top that I removed and custom turned a black finial.
I notched out a spot for the clip and it all came together nicely.

The second pen is made from twisty pods in purple and gray Alumilite. I haven't seen these before and am not sure what kind of tree or bush they come from. They had some voids on the inside that I filled with the same color mica in epoxy.

Outstanding work Eric! Everything really works well together on the hockey pen. I'm sure he will love it. The second pen looks great too. Your blanks really jump out and grab attention with the colors and the pods. Two definate winners!

Great Pens Eric.
The Ref pen is very clever and well executed. Will be a Hit.
The Twisty Pod Alumilite are spectacular, great choice of Kit.
Congratulations,
Brian
