teeth every day several times a day.

Not bad Mike, take your time and stop a couple times to give it a CA bath
and you should have no problem, I am careful not to heat it up,drill slow with a water bottle to keep the drill and hole cool,high speed small cuts and patience
because of the material density difference I usually finish off with some 180 wet or dry and a block to make sure everything is level before starting the finish process.

I know Mike, so I put invisible ink in hers so it stays really quiet around here:biggrin:

Piece of cake if you stabilize it first! I have 2 full jaw bones to stabilize and cast.

Yes, they are real jawbone. As mentioned above for turning and drilling.
